As a Dispensing Assistant, she plays an important role in helping our Bentley eye care team with appointments, patient enquiries, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.

Before moving into optics, Caitlin worked as a Healthcare Assistant at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, where she gained hands-on experience in a busy clinical environment. Her background in healthcare means she understands how important reassurance, clear communication, and attention to detail are — all essential in delivering high-quality eye care in Bentley.

Caitlin is enjoying learning more about eyewear, lenses, and the dispensing process, and we’re proud to have her as part of our family-run opticians in Bentley. Her friendly voice and supportive nature make her a wonderful addition to the Parkhurst and Co team.
