Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before entering.

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is A.S. Parkhurst Opticians Ltd, trading as Parkhurst and Co Styling Opticians.

2. Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. No purchase is necessary.

3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

   • Follow the official Parkhurst and Co Styling Opticians Facebook page.

   • Comment on the original competition post stating who they would treat to a new pair of Paul Smith glasses – themselves or someone special.

4. Nominating Someone Else: Entrants may enter for themselves or nominate another person to receive the prize. If selected as the winner, they must confirm their chosen recipient before the prize is redeemed. The nominated recipient must be able to attend a Parkhurst and Co practice for frame selection and measurements.

5. Existing Followers: Existing Facebook followers are welcome to enter. Sharing the competition with friends is encouraged but is not a requirement for entry and does not provide additional entries.

6. Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments will not count as additional entries.

7. Competition Dates: The competition opens on Sunday 1 November 2026 and closes on Tuesday 1 December 2026 at 11:59 pm (UK time). Entries received outside these dates will not be included.

8. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. The draw will be conducted using a verifiably random process or under independent supervision.

9. Winner Notification: The winner will be announced on our official Facebook page, and we will make reasonable efforts to contact them through Facebook. The winner must respond within seven days of being contacted to accept their prize. If no response is received despite reasonable attempts to contact them, an alternative winner may be selected.

10. The Prize: The prize consists of:

• One pair of Paul Smith men's or unisex spectacle frames from our available collection.

• Standard single-vision prescription lenses.

• One limited-edition Paul Smith gift box containing an XL cleaning cloth, Paul Smith Mini and branded notebook.

1. Frame Selection: The winner or their nominated recipient may choose from our available men's and unisex Paul Smith frame collection and is not restricted to the frames featured in the competition photographs.

2. Availability: Frame selection is subject to stock availability. If a chosen frame is unavailable, an alternative Paul Smith frame of comparable value will be offered.

3. Prescription Lenses: Standard single-vision prescription lenses are included, subject to prescription suitability. Varifocal, occupational or specialist lenses, additional coatings and other optional upgrades are not included. These may be purchased separately if requested but are not required to claim the advertised prize.

4. Eye Examination: The recipient must have a valid, in-date prescription suitable for the included lenses. If an eye examination is required, this can be arranged at Parkhurst and Co, but standard examination fees may apply. An eye examination is not included in the prize.

5. Prize Restrictions: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative goods. Once the winner has confirmed whether the prize is for themselves or a nominated recipient, the prize cannot be transferred to another person.

6. Redemption Deadline: The prize must be redeemed by Saturday 9 January 2027. The winner or nominated recipient must attend a Parkhurst and Co practice for frame selection and measurements by this date. The completed spectacles do not need to be collected by the redemption deadline. Failure to redeem the prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize where reasonable.

7. Winner Announcement and Photographs: The winner's name may be announced on our official Facebook page and website. Winners may object to or request a reduction in the personal information published, in accordance with applicable advertising rules. The winner and recipient may be invited to have photographs taken with their prize for promotional purposes. Photographs are entirely optional and will only be published with their separate consent.

8. Invalid Entries: Parkhurst and Co reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries where reasonably justified.

9. Changes to the Competition: Parkhurst and Co reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where genuinely necessary and permitted by applicable law, taking reasonable steps to avoid disadvantaging entrants.

10. Fraud Prevention: Winners will only be contacted through our official Facebook page. We will never request bank details or payment to claim the prize.

11. Facebook and Brand Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Paul Smith.

12. Acceptance of Terms: By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
