Why We're Refurbishing Our Practices

If you've recently visited one of our practices, you may have noticed work taking place as part of our Parkhurst and Co refurbishment programme. We've heard a few people ask whether we're moving, changing hands or even closing.

We've heard a few people ask whether we're moving, changing hands or even closing.

The answer is simple…

No.

Parkhurst and Co remains proudly family owned, and we're investing in our practices to create an even better experience for our patients.

Why Are These Parkhurst and Co Practice Updates Taking Place?

For many years we've been committed to providing high-quality eye care alongside carefully selected eyewear.

As part of that commitment, we're continuing to invest in our practices to make them brighter, more welcoming and even more comfortable for patients and visitors.

These improvements include:

• modernising consulting and dispensing areas

• improving patient flow

• refreshing décor and finishes

• creating a more comfortable environment

While some work may be temporarily disruptive, we believe the end result will be well worth it.

Parkhurst and Co Practice Updates at Bentley

Our Bentley practice is currently being refreshed with updated décor, improved patient areas and a more contemporary look. Throughout these Parkhurst and Co practice updates, the practice remains open and appointments continue as normal.

Although work is taking place, it's very much business as usual and we're open as normal throughout the refurbishment.

You'll also continue to find our physiotherapy service available from Bentley.

Doncaster Is Next

Exciting improvements are also planned for our Doncaster practice.

Our aim is to create an environment that reflects the personalised care and premium eyewear experience we strive to provide every day.

We're looking forward to sharing progress as work continues.

Still the Same Friendly Team

We've also had a few patients ask whether we've changed ownership.

We haven't.

Parkhurst and Co continues to be independently owned and run by the Parkhurst family, with the same commitment to personalised care that's been at the heart of the practice for generations.

Occasionally, you may notice different members of the team helping across our practices while colleagues take annual leave, attend training or are recovering from illness.

Rest assured, you'll continue to receive the same friendly welcome and professional care you've always known.

Thank You

These improvements are part of our ongoing investment in the future of Parkhurst and Co.

We're not changing who we are.

We're simply creating practices that better reflect the quality of care, technology and personalised service we're proud to provide every day.

We can't wait to welcome you in.
